1. General Provisions

kx9s is an online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kx9s and its users. You are requested to read these Terms in full before using the kx9s website or any related services.

2. Account Registration

Every individual wishing to open an account on kx9s must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is considered a violation of platform rules, and all accounts may be closed along with cancellation of any bonuses or winnings earned.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username, password) secure. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the kx9s support team must be notified immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

kx9s reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when necessary. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to use the kx9s platform is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above are eligible to use this service. Account operation by minors is strictly prohibited.

kx9s may request a government-issued identity card, passport, or similar document as proof of age when necessary. kx9s reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until age verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kx9s currently supports financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special cases requiring verification, it may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• kx9s may take immediate action in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kx9s offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Users receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or categories.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in the event of any breach of terms.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

6. Fair Play Policy

kx9s is committed to ensuring fairness across all games as a safe and reliable platform. The games used on the platform are developed by trusted and reputable game providers who follow fair play standards.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx9s platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using false or forged identity documents.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kx9s reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Long-term inactive account (after a specified period).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Users who wish to close their account themselves may contact the support team. Any outstanding funds will be arranged for withdrawal before account closure, provided they meet the terms and conditions.
